Listing of electroconvulsive treatment applications by Tribunal
(1) In section 95(1), (2) and (3) of the
Mental Health Act 2014 , for "or 94" substitute ", 94 or 94A".
(2) In section 95(2)(a), (b) and (c) of the
Mental Health Act 2014 ,
omit "patient or young".
