PAYROLL TAX ACT 2007 (NO. 26 OF 2007) - SECT 110

In the Duties Act 2000 —

        (a)     in section 57M(3) and in the note at the foot of section 57M(3), for "3 years" substitute "5 years";

        (b)     in sections 250H(1), 260(2)(a) and 267(2), for "3 years" substitute "5 years".
