PAYROLL TAX ACT 2007 (NO. 26 OF 2007) - SECT 58

    Subject to section 60, wages are exempt wages if they are paid or payable by—

        (a)     a municipal council; or

        (b)     a union or partnership of which all the members are municipal councils.
