ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 5 OF 2016) - SECT 33

In section 90K(a) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     subparagraph (i)(B) is repealed ;

        (b)     for subparagraph (v) substitute —

    "(v)     any legal proceeding—

    (A)     arising out of this Act, the regulations or any other transport legislation; or

    (B)     that otherwise relates to the performance of a road management function within the meaning of the Road Management Act 2004 or to damage to infrastructure within the meaning of that Act resulting from a road accident—

including anything done for the purposes of commencing any such proceeding or providing a report of any such proceeding; or".
