RETAIL LEASES AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 26 OF 2020) - SECT 5

At the end of section 29 of the Retail Leases Act 2003 insert —

" Note

The term outgoings is defined in section 3 and includes the cost, or part of the cost, of repairs or maintenance work in respect of an essential safety measure or an installation referred to in section 41(2)(b)(ii).".
