ROAD LEGISLATION MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2010 (NO. 75 OF 2010) - SECT 14

In section 50(1E) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "may" substitute "must";

        (b)     omit "such period as the court thinks fit, not being more than";

        (c)     in paragraph (a) for "6 months" substitute
"a period not less than 3 months";

        (d)     in paragraph (b) for "12 months" substitute "a period not less than 6 months".
