RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 24

In section 319 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "tenant or resident" substitute "tenant, resident or site tenant (as the case requires)";

        (b)     in paragraph (d), for "288 or 314," substitute "288, 314 or 317ZF,".
