RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 36

In section 353 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "landlord" substitute "landlord, site owner";

        (b)     after "premises" insert "or a Part 4A site (as the case may be)";

        (c)     after "tenant" insert "or site tenant";

        (d)     in paragraphs (b) and (c) after "agreement" insert "or site agreement".
