RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 39

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 370 of the Principal Act—

" What happens if a notice to leave is given? ".

    (2)     In section 370(1) of the Principal Act for "room or site" substitute "room, site or Part 4A site".

    (3)     In section 370(1) and (2)(a) of the Principal Act for "agreement or residency right" substitute "agreement, residency right or site agreement".
