RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 46

In section 378 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "behind." substitute "behind;";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     in the case of a Part 4A site, the site agreement has been terminated and goods have been left behind.".
