RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 51
Rightful owner may reclaim stored goods before sale
In section 389(1) of the Principal Act—
(a) in paragraph (a) after
"landlord" insert "or site owner";
(b) in paragraph (a)(i) after
"tenant" insert "or site tenant".
