RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 56
What if goods or documents are disposed of in contravention of this Part?
In section 396 of the Principal Act—
(a) for "tenant's or former
resident's" substitute "tenant's, former resident's or former site tenant's";
(b) after "former resident" insert
", former site tenant".
