RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 63

    (1)     In section 447(1) of the Principal Act for "$10 000" (wherever occurring) substitute "$10 000, or in the case of the site agreement provisions, $100 000".

    (2)     In section 447(1A) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "$10 000." substitute "$10 000; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     by a site owner or a site tenant in relation to the site agreement provisions or a site agreement which involves a monetary claim for an amount exceeding $100 000.".
