RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 78

Application for compensation or compliance order for breach of duty

At the end of section 209 of the Principal Act insert —

"(2) Subject to section 105 of the Fair Trading Act 1999 , the Director may make an application under this section on behalf of the person who gave the notice without that person's consent.".
