TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (RAIL SAFETY LOCAL OPERATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 23 OF 2013) - SECT 77

For the penalty at the foot of section 57(1) of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, $20 000;

In the case of a body corporate, $100 000.".
