VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2017 (NO. 61 OF 2017) - SECT 54
Destruction of unfilled prescription by co-ordinating medical practitioner
The co-ordinating medical practitioner must, on receiving a request under
section 53 destroy any prescription under the relevant
self-administration permit which has not been filled.
