VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2017 (NO. 61 OF 2017) - SECT 94

    (1)     The Board consists of—

        (a)     the Chairperson; and

        (b)     the Deputy Chairperson (if any); and

        (c)     the members appointed under section 95.

    (2)     A member of the Board is not, in respect of the member's appointment, subject to the Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 5 of that Act).
