WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 23 OF 2019) - SECT 41

After section 78 of the Principal Act insert —

        " 78A     Offence not to comply with section 78 direction

A person must not fail to comply with any direction under section 78(1) or (3).

Penalty:     For an individual, 120 penalty units;

For a body corporate, 600 penalty units.".
