WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 23 OF 2019) - SECT 45

After section 80 of the Principal Act insert —

        " 80AA     Offence not to comply with section 80 direction

A person must not fail to comply with any direction under section 80(1) or (2).

Penalty:     For an individual, 120 penalty units;

For a body corporate, 600 penalty units.".
