WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 23 OF 2019) - SECT 6

In section 5 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(ba)     section 33E;

        (bb)     sections 55A and 70A;";

        (b)     for paragraph (d) substitute —

    "(d)     sections 75A, 76A, 78A, 79A, 80AA and 81;";

        (c)     in paragraph (e), after "145," insert "145A,";

        (d)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(ea)     section 169A;".
