Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person who is, or has been, a member of a Medical Panel is competent to give evidence in proceedings as to matters in a certificate given by the Medical Panel but is not compelled to give such evidence.
(2) A person who has given expert advice to a Medical Panel is competent to give evidence in proceedings as to matters relating to that expert advice but is not compelled to give such evidence.
