Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The function of a Medical Panel is to give its opinion on any medical question in respect of injuries arising out of, or in the course of, or due to the nature of, employment referred by a Conciliation Officer, the court, VCAT, the Authority or a self-insurer.
(2) A Medical Panel must give its opinion on a medical question in accordance with this Division.
