WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 (NO. 67 OF 2013) - SECT 636
New section 123B substituted
For section 123B of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 substitute —
" 123B Prohibition on recovery of
certain costs
A person must not recover any costs in respect of assisting a person to make,
lodge or forward any application or claim for compensation under this Act.".
