Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) An owner of a building or place of public entertainment must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a copy of any current annual essential safety measures report in respect of that building or place is displayed at an approved location within the building or place.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) The location approved for the purposes of sub-regulation (1) must be the same location as that at which the relevant occupancy permit or maintenance determination for the building or place is required to be displayed.
