BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 1407

The Commission must—

        (a)     keep a register of all building products accredited under this Part; and

        (b)     cause to be published in the Government Gazette notice of—

              (i)     any accreditation of a building product under this Part; and    

              (ii)     any revocation of an accreditation under this Part.
