Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The information contained in any application for accreditation must be regarded as confidential and must not be wilfully disclosed (except in pursuance of this Part) by any member of the Committee or any person employed to assist the Committee unless disclosure is authorised in writing by the person who made the application.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with sub-regulation (1) is guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
