BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 1507

        A certificate under section 238 of the Act must be—

        (a)     in accordance with Form 11 in relation to the design or part design of a building; and

        (b)     in accordance with Form 12 in relation to the inspection of building work.
