BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 321

For the purposes of section 30(2) of the Act and clause 1(d) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the prescribed lodgement fee for building work with a cost of $5000 or more is—

        (a)     in the case of building work for a Class 1a or 10 building, $15; and

        (b)     in the case of any other building work, $30.
