BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 508
Sunblinds and awnings
A sunblind or awning must not project beyond the street alignment—
(a) more than 2·4m; and
(b) at any height less than
2·4m above the level of the footpath.
