Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of registration under section 170 of the Act, the prescribed qualifications for registration of a category and a prescribed class of building practitioner set out in column 2 of the Table in Schedule 7 are the relevant qualifications set out in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 7 for that category and class.
Note: Under section 170(1)(b)(ii) of the Act the Board may accept equivalent qualifications and experience to those listed in the Table in Schedule 7.
