Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA building permit is not required under the Act for prescribed temporary structures described in regulation 1104 and those structures are also exempt from all Parts of these Regulations except regulations 1105 and 1106 .
Note: If a prescribed temporary structure is used for the purpose of providing public entertainment it must have an occupancy permit under Division 2 of Part 5 of the Act and meet the requirements of the Commission under that permit.
