Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsIf a council is required to keep documents under the Act or these Regulations or any corresponding previous regulations in relation to building permits and applications for building permits, including documents relating to protection work, the documents must be kept in any manner specified by the Keeper of Public Records until the building is demolished or removed from the allotment.
