Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) If information or a document required under regulation 62 is not provided within the period specified by the municipal building surveyor, the municipal building surveyor may refuse the application.
(2) Before refusing an application under subregulation (1), the municipal building surveyor must give the applicant 30 days notice in writing of the municipal building surveyor's intention to refuse the application.
