DOMESTIC (FERAL AND NUISANCE) ANIMALS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 100 OF 2009) - REG 36
Licence holder must establish complaints system
In regulations 37(1) and 37(2) of the Principal
Regulations, for "a domestic animals registry service" (wherever
occurring) substitute "an animal registry service".
