DOMESTIC (FERAL AND NUISANCE) ANIMALS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 100 OF 2009) - REG 41

    (1)     In regulation 42 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "a dog or cat" substitute "an animal of a prescribed class of animal";

        (b)     in paragraph (d), for "its owner." substitute "its owner;".

    (2)     After regulation 42(d) of the Principal Regulations insert —

    "(e)     any other person approved by the Secretary.".
