    (1)     For the heading to regulation 47 of the Principal Regulations substitute —

" Infringement penalties for offences against the Act ".

    (2)     In regulation 47 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "29(4)" substitute "29(7)";

        (b)     in paragraph (e), for "29(3)" substitute "29(5)".
