DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 29 OF 2017) - REG 118

    (1)     This Part applies in relation to—

        (a)     an ovulatory stimulant;

        (b)     a prostaglandin;

        (c)     a retinoid;

        (d)     thalidomide.

    (2)     This Part applies despite anything to the contrary in any other Part of this Chapter.
