DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 29 OF 2017) - REG 173
Direction to comply with destruction requirements
A direction given under regulation 51(5) of the old Regulations and in effect
immediately before 23 May 2017 is, on and after that date, taken to be a
direction under regulation 115(7) of these Regulations.
