DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 29 OF 2017) - REG 67
Pharmacist must produce prescriptions kept under Commonwealth Regulations
A pharmacist who is required by the Commonwealth Regulations to retain a
prescription for a Schedule 4 poison must produce the prescription on
demand to an authorized officer.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
