Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 80(3)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for an exemption from section 44 of the Act in relation to a development licence is—
(a) 68·8 fee units; and
(b) if the assessment by the Authority exceeds 10·9 hours, an additional fee of 6·29 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.
(2) The total fee calculated under subregulation
(1) must not exceed 780·32 fee units.
