ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 47 OF 2021) - REG 179

For the purposes of section 56(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application to transfer an operating licence is the lesser of—

        (a)     10% of the last annual fee invoiced; or

        (b)     52·22 fee units.
