Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 83(2)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application to a council for an exemption from the application of section 46 of the Act in relation to an activity set out in item 28 (A20—On-site wastewater management systems) in the Table in Schedule 1 is—
(a) 14·67 fee units; and
(b) if the council's assessment exceeds 2·6 hours, an additional fee of 5·94 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.
(2) The total fee calculated under subregulation (1) must not exceed 61·41 fee units.

Section 439(1)(a) of the Act applies to these fees.
