(1) For the purposes of section 157(4)(b) of the Act, the prescribed fee is—
(a) 70·77 fee units; and
(b) if the assessment by the Authority exceeds 10·9 hours, an additional fee of 6·47 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.
(2) The total fee calculated under subregulation (1) must not exceed 840·99 fee units.
(3) The Authority may waive the fee prescribed by this regulation if the Authority is satisfied that the application is for an authorisation for the purposes of—
(a) meeting a temporary emergency; or
(b) providing for the temporary relief of a public nuisance or community hardship.
