ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 47 OF 2021) - REG 211

    (1)     The fee for the Authority to amend a better environment plan on application of a participant under section 184(1) of the Act is—

        (a)     103·29 fee units; and

        (b)     if the assessment by the Authority exceeds 14·9 hours, an additional fee of 6·94 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.

    (2)     The total fee calculated under subregulation (1) must not exceed 593·72 fee units.
