Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The holder of a permit for an activity set out in item 28 (A20—On-site wastewater management systems) in the Table in Schedule 1 must ensure that any on-site wastewater management system specified in the permit is not used until the council has approved it in accordance with regulation 33.
Penalty: 20 penalty units for a natural person;
100 penalty units for a body corporate.
Note
An infringement notice may be served for an offence against this regulation—see regulation 169 and Schedule 10.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to the holder of a permit that specifies the alteration of an on-site wastewater management system.
