Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of section 47(2)(c) of the Act, it is a prescribed exemption from the requirement for a person to obtain a registration to engage in an activity if the person holds an operating licence or a permit in respect of that activity.
Note
The effect of this regulation is that a duty holder is not required to apply
for a registration if the person already holds an operating licence or a
permit that authorises the activity.
