Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person who commissions the printing of a document that is distributed, or is intended to be distributed, as an unsolicited document must, so far as reasonably practicable, ensure that it is distributed in a way that does not contravene this Part.
Penalty: 20 penalty units for a natural person;
100 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) A person who engages another person (including as an employee or as an agent) to distribute an unsolicited document to a place or premises must, so far as reasonably practicable, ensure that it is distributed in a way that does not contravene this Part.
Penalty: 20 penalty units for a natural person;
100 penalty units for a body corporate.
