Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA person who has the management or control of priority waste must not mix, blend or dilute the priority waste with other wastes which results in a change to the waste classification of the priority waste, other than in accordance with a designation issued by the Authority.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
