FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 13

For the purposes of section 41 of the Act, the following classes of fish receiver's licence are created—

        (a)     Fish Receivers' (Abalone) Licence;

        (b)     Fish Receivers' (Scallop) Licence.
