Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The Secretary must establish and keep current a register that sets out the value of the adjustment number calculated in accordance with regulation 21 in respect of each class of access licence listed in the Table in Schedule 5.
(2) The Secretary must ensure that a copy of the register is available to be inspected at the office of the Secretary by any member of the public during normal business hours.
(3) A failure to comply with this regulation has no effect on regulation 21.
